  5. Activate your right shoulder and arm to prevent your body from buckling.
  6. To balance, you can keep your left hand on the floor, bring it up towards the ceiling, or bring it to the inside of your right thigh.
  7. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds.
  8. Relax your body in Child’s Pose before repeating this stretch on the other side.
